There are lots of technical controls in place but also policies and procedures to ensure EMR have information security in mind with everything we do.
We support and maintain all of EMR's network infrastructure, which connects our global locations together, including LAN, WAN and fixed telephony services.

The first point of contact for IT support across the business. From ordering a new mobile phone to helping fix an issue with a printer, we’re here to help. The Service Desk team is split between the UK (Warrington) and the US (Victor Building, Camden). Although in two locations, we work as one virtual team to provide support to the whole business.
Based in the UK and the US, we design, install, support and maintain CCTV, Alarm and Access Control Systems as well as support the network team. In the US, we have regional field engineers who travel to sites supporting all aspects of IT from security systems to printers.
Responsible for the creation and maintenance of custom software and 3rd party systems. We work with product owners, and the business, to prioritise and deliver functionality; utilizing the industry standard Agile development methodology.
Our team of software developers is spread across UK, USA and India. We regularly hold technology and business bootcamps in these locations, and we encourage our team to construct their own career path via continuous professional development and access to learning resources and a generous training budget.
We support and maintain all of the business infrastructure, as well as EMR data centres, servers, email and Citrix environments. Systems is a team of engineers based in the UK and US.
