At EMR, growing people through the business is important to us and we invest heavily in the skills of our workforce. We create many opportunities for progression, allowing each individual to develop their own career path.
As part of our commitment to employees, we have a Learning and Development team dedicated to delivering training and support across all functions of the business. From e-learning packages and bespoke systems training to nationally recognised apprenticeship programmes and professional qualifications, the business is responsive to the varying needs and demands of this ever changing environment and how this impacts the capabilities required of our people.
For those with the ability and the desire, these opportunities can span the entire reach of EMR, across functions and across continents. Where might your learner journey take you?
